I dont feel good (cross post)

At first I thought I was getting the flu. I've been really sick for the last 3 days now (tested negative for covid) ive been trying to to just push myself to get better. My head is pounding in the back, my neck is so stiff I can't bend it forward or hardly move it side to side. My lower back is also sore and stiff. I also have some weird strange sores on the inside of my mouth that HURT. I've also had a few fevers that got into the 100s but broke on their own. I have no clue what's going on but im trying to ignore it and see if it passes. Anybody else not feeling well? If so, I hope you feel better soon 💜.
