Currently expecting my 2nd, had it with my first resulting in premature baby. (He's 4 now and perfect!)
Have been assigned a consultant and I'm on extra monitoring and will have an at home blood pressure monitor from week 28 as a precaution. 
I've been told it's not guaranteed a 2nd time but it's a slightly increased chance.
If you had it before and are concerned speak to your doctor, if you're wanting to grow your family don't be afraid, they will just monitor you a bit more and be prepared to treat anything that comes up. They wanted to put me on aspirin soon as I found out I was pregnant but can't because I'm allergic, maybe they'll give that to you and it'll be what you need.

I never had it but my SIL had it with both her boys. Delivered at 37.5wks with first and then 36.5wks with 2nd.

I had it with my daughter and not with my son then not with my daughter lost her as a stillborn and pregnant with my son and have it. Bodies are so weird
