I hate labor !!

Well last night I went to the hospital due to contractions and they were 1-3 minutes apart I got to a 2 1/5 cm and 50% enfaced. I was giving the option to go home or stay and receive fluids to see if it will slow or ease the contractions. It did neither 4 hours later of watching the IV drip lol… what can I do to help baby boy put more pressure on on my cervix??
