Losing weight while pregnant?

I’m about 30lbs overweight, I’m wondering if I will gain more this pregnancy or lose? Has anyone been able to lose extra weight while pregnant?

Me i lost 35 lbs my  last pregnancy im over weight i normally weigh 250 so i started eating really healthy and no soda only water and morning sickness lol 😂 this time i lost 13 lbs and have only gained a total of 6 lbs the whole pregnancy … my dr said he wouldnt want me to gain more then ten pounds … im delivering in 2 weeks and have stayed at only gaining 6 lbs 👏🙌🙌🙌 so hard but u can do it!!!

I’m overweight, I lost 30-40 pounds with all 3 of my pregnancies, the dr was fine with it.

i gained 56 pounds my last pregnancy... this pregnancy i gained 3 pounds from 1-2trimester and then lost it . now at 38+3 gained it back and some at 14pounds 🤔 my dr said it's normal your body takes and gives what it needs during pregnancy. i'm just glad i didint gain allot this time and hoping i drop it all after 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

I was 30 lbs overweight at the beginning of my last pregnancy. I gained 30 more lbs by the end of it. 😅 I tried to lose but the pregnancy cravings were insane so I gave up. I'm almost a year pp now & I've lost all the pregnancy weight +10 more pounds. I also got lipo & a fat transfer several weeks ago so I look skinner but weigh the same. 💁🏽‍♀️

I am overweight and managed to only gain 1lb while pregnant.  And at my 6 week post appt I was down 26lbs.
