2 month old, no fever but

My 2 month old has had a temp of 99, i know that isn’t considered a fever but i just know she doesn’t feel well.. she’s sweating, she’s red, she’s fussy and has been spitting up a lot (which she barely ever does). I’ve been monitoring it and so far it hasn’t gone up but she’s still just so uncomfortable.. I’ve stripped her down to just a diaper and have been putting a cold wash cloth on her forehead and she’s still warm.. What do you recommend ? would you just go ahead and give tylenol ??
