Uterus septum surgery

I’m going to have a uterus septum removal surgery next month just waiting for my periods. So after TTC of 18 months I was diagnosed with Septum of 16mm (1.55cm) . My RE told this is the reason for infertility and I should be back to normal woman after this surgery.

Anyone who have been through this surgery? Any advice for me? Were you able to conceive post surgery? On your own/or help?
