We tried egg first at 6 months for 3 days in a row to make sure there were no signs of allergies.
Then tried peanut butter for 3 days in a row.

We tried eggs around 7.5 months and she's very allergic. We introduced all other allergens at the direction of the allergist. He recommends introducing new foods by giving 1 teaspoon 3x a week (every other day). If no reaction by the third day than babe isn't allergic

Peanut butter 5 months (mixed with cereal). Eggs 6 months.
