Lower left side pain early pregnancy

Hi everyone. I am currently 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I had bloodwork last week and my HCG was rising well and my progesterone looked good. I am currently experiencing sharp pain on my left side about every 30 seconds to a minute. The pain is not severe, but it catches my attention. I called the after hours nurse and she didn’t think this warranted an ER visit and wants me to follow up tomorrow. I am just curious is anyone has experienced this? TIA
