Bleeding While Pregnant

Hello, I’m 5 weeks pregnant. I started having really light bleeding with light cramps almost like a period. I went to the ER and they said my baby is fine for now but to come back if the bleeding worsens and the cramps gets worse. Two days later, I rushed to the hospital with excruciating pain to my lower abdomen and my lower back and the bleeding got a little heavier. I went to another Hospital to get a second opinion and they said I was fine and the baby is fine. I’m still having pain and still bleeding. Has any other moms had this problem? I’m cramping and bleeding like a period but my cervix is still closed.
