What can I do?

My son was sick around September 13th for a week then a couple days later I got sick well ever since I’ve been stuck with nasty gooey thick clear booger where I constantly have to blow my nose and it’ll drip down my throat and feel like it’s stuck making it so hard to breathe and I talk funny plus my throat gets all scratchy and I have to cough a lot. Is there anything I can do to get it to go away it’s been weeks, I feel like I’m suffocating in snot and I’m due in 12 days 😫
