Very Concerned

I went to my 36 week appointment for my son, to see if he was big. But in fact, its the opposite. He's small. He's 4 pounds and 10 oz. My placenta has calcium build up which is kind of preventing him from gaining weight. He should be 5 pounds at this rate. My placenta isn't doing great, but my baby is. I have an appointment tomorrow, at a specialist. If my placenta is bad in there professional opinion, then I'll have him that same day through c section, because its not safe to induce me. If my placenta is ok, I'm having a c section at 37 weeks. My DD was October 28th, but looks like that's not happening. I just want me and my baby to be ok. I'm so afraid for tomorrow. This will be my 2nd c section. I got trusted relatives to watch my daughter. This is just a shock to me and my husband 😭

UPDATE: Went to another ultrasound and got a second opinion. My placenta is doing great, my son is in the 12th percent of growth. He's 5 pounds and 4 oz. My boy is doing good too. I go back in 2 weeks for another. I hope my placenta will hang on.
