Do you think your attractive

Idk how this got brought up but my friend was asking us in a group, if we where asked If we where attractive would we say yes or no. Everyone said no (and some of my friends are very pretty), but me who said yes. I definitely don’t think I’m the hottest person in the world, but I think I’m pretty. I was wondering if was kinda egotistical to admit that?

I really don’t understand this concept where confidence is supposedly a great thing and it’s stressed throughout our lives that it’s important to have, but the second you have it people assume you’re full of yourself. It makes absolutely no sense to me. I’m glad you said yes in this situation. Please don’t ever think it’s a bad thing to love yourself or be confident. The people who get upset about this are lacking something themselves.

I think I’m attractive, but I don’t think I’m absolutely stunning. Beauty is so odd; it truly is in the eye of the beholder. I’ve had people make fun of my looks and I’ve had people tell me how jealous they are of me bc I’m so pretty. I think it’s important to feel good about yourself and your appearance, but not be vain.

Attraction is not all about looks. My looks are average but I believe I carry myself we, I'm in good shape, I've been told I'm funny and I can carry a good conversation.

I would say in between. I mean overall I'm confident with myself. That being said I'm a very realistic person. On a scale of what I personally think is attractive I would say I'm average or just above average. I also don't do any sort of upkeep I don't wear make up, and rarely wear nice clothes and even my nicer clothes aren't that fashionable, and obviously the way someone presents themselves plays a big role in how attractive they look.

I think I’m not “bad” looking, but I think I naturally do things that makes me look ugly. My nose is broken, I can’t breathe through it, so I’m a mouth breather. I also have very low self esteem and my posture become awkward when I’m not feeling too good about myself. It’s stuff like that where I feel unattractive.

I think attractiveness comes with strong  confidence and self esteem. When u see a girl who don’t have these features I just mentioned it actually lowers her beauty standard as compared to when u see a girl with it.
