ready to try for baby #2

I am ready for baby #2, I really want a girl this time but will be grateful for either gender. I have a 2 year old boy now! I am currently on nexplanon which has been in for 2 years. Can i just request for my doctor to take it out? I am nervous though because i have emetaphobia and worried about vomiting during my next pregnancy, i didn’t vomit at all with baby #1. Has anyone had multiple pregnancies with no vomiting?
