My boobs are aching really bad

It’s roughly day 10 and my boobs are so sore! Usually when my boobs are a little sore I know that’s when my period will be arriving but it still haven’t come yet. According to the app I am 12 days late on my period. I am on the implanon (sometimes my period can be all over the place) but this one here feels weird lol. I’ve taken test just to be sure and it came back negative which is what I was expecting. Anyone else have these sore boobs experiences on the implanon?
