Ovulation help

Hi friends!!! This is my fiancé and I’s first cycle trying for baby #2 since our miscarriage in July. My period has definitely been off since that miscarriage. I’ve had negative OPKS the last week and today I finally got a strong positive opk. The only thing is it is cycle day 23 for me! I’m worried that I’m ovulating to late into my cycle and won’t have a good chance this month. We are still going to BD tonight, and tomorrow and the following day for good measure. Does anyone else have a long cycle? I’m kinda upset about it being so late in the cycle and ovulating.
