Not sure if my package was stolen?

I ordered something on Amazon and on the app it’s telling me that it was delivered but I don’t see anything outside my house but there’s no email saying it was delivered. In all of my previous orders I’ve received an email and even a picture, does that mean someone stole my package ? 😔 it was my baby stuff I ordered

Contact customer service. I had the same thing happen but it was FedEx. Someone stole my breast pump…..

I’d give it a day. I’ve had a package claim to be delivered and even has where they put it. No package. Next day, there it was! I honestly think the driver was behind schedule and just said he delivered it but went home and did it the next day.

Call Amazon they won’t even argue and send you a refund or a replacement. They are great

I would def call, but also maybe check your neighbors house if you have neighbors?

Customer service is good. Call and tell them it says delivered but you never recieved it. They'll ask if u want a refund or if you want to sent again. It should only take a few days for it to come in the mail

If it’s a small package they might of put in your mail box.

I got a message saying they have my package to someone in my household. No one took anything. I complained and got my package the next day.
