Nothing like hand foot and mouth disease to kill the mood đ
My husband was away for work for a whole week leaving me at home with our lovely children (2 and 5 years)
The afternoon he left, both our kids have a sudden fever. It doesnât turn into a high fever thank goodness, but monitoring them constantly. My daughter already had a bad upper respiratory infection⌠we were all tested for Covid the week before and negative. Then, Monday we get an email saying hand foot and mouth disease is going around her daycare. Kids both break out with it all weekâŚ
Then I start to get the fever. And I break out with the rash. Itâs pretty painful actually (feels like a burning sensation where the spots are atleast for me)
Usually when my husband comes home from a work trip⌠we canât keep our hands off each other. Itâs the most amazing sex!! Well⌠this time he came home to me covered in a highly contagious rash and sores all in my mouth⌠and also caught the respiratory thing from my daughter too so coughing up a lung and majorly congested.
I was just like âholdddd meee!â And he was like âhell no⌠you are on your own, no touch!â In a joking way of course.
I ended up chasing him all over the house jokingly, but I definitely wasnât in the mood either. Ugh feel so ugly but I know Iâll be back to normal in a couple weeks.
Ugh hand, foot and mouth disease is no fun tho!!! We are off to a great school year here đđ its ruining our sex life already and itâs week 2!
