Women w PCOS symptoms but not necessarily PCOS… what’s helped you while TTC?? All I get is BFN

I have been TTC for 10m and it’s taking a toll on my mental health. 
Any advice?
Anything end up working for you?
I tried two months of Fermara but quit that because it made me feel sick. 
I’m currently trying theConception pills from Amazon that supposedly can help w hormonal imbalances idk

If you are having pcos symptoms i highly suggest you speak to your dr/gyno to get tests done to either diagnose or rule it out, if you haven't already. With that being said, I got diagnosed with pcos in February. My gyno suggested that I try a low carb diet to help ttc and curb the symptoms. I started eating low carb in March, we conceived naturally in April. I was also taking a prenatal, fish oil, probiotic, cranberry supplement, and pink stork fertility sweets. Randomly I was also prescribed a muscle relaxer that I was taking the month we conceived. Think that was just coincidence though lol baby dust 🌟

If you have PCOS symptoms you likely have PCOS. Look at the Rotterdam criteria. Cystic ovaries are not a requirement. If you have irregular cycles and signs of hyperandrogenism then you are considered to have PCOS.
I conceived using Letrozole and it was the worst 6 months of my life. The side effects were brutal.
I also lost 30 lbs and got my blood sugar under control with low carb and inositol. An HSG the same cycle as my BFP cleared a partially blocked tube. So there are things I believed helped along with the Letrozole.

I conceived using metformin and fermara as well as elevit (pregnancy vitamin)
Metformin and letrozole both make you feel sick and cramp a lot but it worked 
Lots of baby dust to you
