Cramping before, during, and after ovulation
Hey guys! I have not taken any opk’s, but I’ve been tracking cm, and normally I will start cramping around my fertile week, but I have now been cramping on and off for the past 8 days. I am supposedly four dpo. It is little twinges in my lower left side and my back hurts as well. Have any of you had this happen and gotten a bfp? Thank you!
