EWCM after ovulation?

I use OPKs monthly and am currently 3 DPO based on my positive opk this month. However, I have noticed EWCM today. Is it normal to see EWCM a couple days after ovulation? Or is it more likely that I didn’t actually ovulate yet?! Trying to figure out if we need to find time to BD again.

I sometimes have it for a day after ovulation. I was reading that it usually means that you've have a quick and very fertile ovulation but can't always trust what you read online. Fingers crossed for you but keep having sex just to be safe!

I’ve read a lot of info online that EWCM is the best predictor of high fertility days, regardless of what the app says. The only true way to know if you definitely ovulated is by temping. So if you don’t track your temp, then I’d deffo go for it if you have EWCM. 
The app just uses a general standard method of ovulation based on cycle length but this varies from woman to woman! Hope this helps. X
