What do you keep in your car for your toddler/kiddos?

I have an almost 5 year old and a 2 year old. I have a bucket of car toys, some books, always have extra outfits for my 2yo, think I need to have an outfit for my 5yo, a picnic blanket, a blanket for each of them, and so far that is all that’s stayed in there. Maybe an extra jacket for each of them as it gets cooler? Idk! Curious what other mamas have their cars packed with. We are on the go a LOT as I am a nanny and I also have to make a 1.5 hr round trip drive 1-2x a week for my younger sons visits.

I don’t keep much in my car I hate a junky filled up car. I just have a juice, a snack, wipes and she chooses one toy to bring in the car ride.

I don't like a bunch of stuff in my car. I just keep a diaper bag ready to take with stuff we need. Change of clothes, diapers, wipes, snack, cup of water & disposable placemats. I let them pick a toy to take right before we leave. I do keep a doodle board I found at Big Lots for $5 and these Melissa & Doug water reveals

Picnic blanket and scooter are always in my trunk. I have a small bag that stays in the car with a few diapers, wipes, a change of clothes, and a book. I mostly try not to have a ton of crap in my car.

Everything is in diaper bag for both. My car only has a spare blanket and toddler has a busy board strapped to headrest in front of him. With two teens and two littles I refuse to let everyone have personal stuff in the van.

We are on the go a lot!! We also visit my mom or family often on the weekends. I have a small tote (8in wide by 10inch deep) that I keep stuff in for my 3 month old and 2 year old. Both- extra clothes, sweatshirt or jacket, diapers (2 yr old almost trained!) wipes, bibs, teddy, a few small trucks, extra bottle, shopping cart cover, bibs. We also have a stroller. I like it because we also have a diaper bag but I don’t like to put a ton of stuff in there as it gets super heavy. We usually pack light on the diaper bag and can replenish anything we need from the car.

The only things we have in our car is a foldable boosterseat and 1 teddy.
Everything else we take with us when we need it.
I don't drive so I have to pack as light and efficient as possible every time we, baby and I, go anywhere. Also depending on which transportation we use.

Oh wow, nothing compared to you lol. They have blankets in the winter. They pick a toy or 2 before we leave. I give them water bottles. Other than that it’s just whatever I have in the diaper bag. Our stroller and baby carriers are in the car too but my 2yo doesn’t like the carrier anymore so it’s pointless and I’m not ready to throw it out. We aren’t in the car as much, though, just a quick trip to daycare every day and a 2-hour trip to my mom’s every other week.

I have the diaper bag. I only take extra if I know we’ll be doing something that might require extras. The only extra I keep is my sons rain coat.
