HELP ! TMI

Recently I have been experiencing increased discharge with no oder, light bleeding, no pain but very comfortable when sitting & mild itching. So I took a look down there & saw a BUMP (pimple like) and swelling in that area! Recently I received a positive pregnancy test so I took 4 Misoprostol tablets vaginally to end the pregnancy. (Please dont judge) but does this look like herpes or a cyst .. anything else ? I am setting an appointment tomorrow but was wondering if anyone can give me some insight.!!
