Pumping mode?

Hi pumping Mama's! Anyone out there using a spectra s1 or 2? If so, which mode(s) do you use to extract the most milk while pumping?  Thanks!!

Answer

Spectra 70 to start for a min or two and then 54. If my milk stops after 7-10 min then I go back to 70 for a few min and return to 54 for another 5 0r ten.
