Symptoms at 5 weeks

Anyone else feel like no symptoms at 5 weeks? I’m 5 weeks 2 days 4th pregnancy (1st was miscarriage and 3rd was miscarriage and have a 9 month old) but I barely feel any symptoms other than maybe tired and some boob twinges here and there haha and maybe extra hungry. I feel like with my daughter I didn’t have anything really until 6 weeks and then nothing sickness wise until 8+. But I still need reassurance that this is normal since getting pregnant so quickly after my second miscarriage (had one cycle and got pregnant miscarried in July). My numbers are looking really good so far even my progesterone is the highest it’s ever been on it’s own without needing suppositories so I’m hoping that’s a good sign 🤞🏼🙏🏼 getting another blood draw today!!
