Confused on how far along i am

Hi every one so I got a faint positive Sunday October 3rd from a pregmate and 98 cent cheapie from Walmart, so on Monday October 4th I took 3 first response and they all came back positive right away Even the digital said “yes+” my boyfriend and I only had sex on September 1st (7 days before my last period) September 6th (2 days before my last period) September 22nd (5 days before I was supposed to ovulate according to the app) and September 28th (the day after ovulation) so could I have possibly ovulated 5 days earlier on the 22nd and conceived?
