Implantation bleeding

Hi ladies! Need opinions please.

Its been 17 days since I last started my period, right after my period my husband and I had sex, (11 days ago). I still have about 12 days til my next period but just yesterday I had some light cramping and spotting light pink blood with some brownish mucus. Still have some today too. Only when I wipe. I've never had an irregular period so I do not think this could be my period. We just had our babygirl in April so I'm kind of freaking out lol could I be pregnant? Is it possible for the doctors to detect the pregnancy early with urine sample? Have an appointment Saturday.
