Feeling full

Ok so this might be a weird post but I need some help. So I haven’t pumped in 7 months (had to stop when baby was 3 months cause my supply went down to nothing. I was an exclusive pumper cause baby wouldn’t latch.) but all of a sudden the last several weeks on and off my breasts have that full feeling but when I pump/hand express I get nothing or a few drops. My boobs don’t hurt they just have that full feeling. What is going on? Any advice would be helpful. TIA
