Infant Congestion

Does anyone have any tips for congestion? My daughter is 2 weeks today and she has been extremely congested since birth. She came out so fast that she breathed in all the mucus before they could suck it out. Her breathing is very loud, as well as shallow and she wheezes sometimes, when she’s sleeping she gasps for air sometimes and coughs trying to get it up. There’s no boogers or snot in her nose, I’ve been using the bulb suction everytime I see something. I’ve been told to try and bring her in the shower when I have it on for the steam to loosen it up so I hope that works 🤞🏼
