Braxton Hicks?

Okay mamas I need your help..

This morning I had some pain in my stomach and a little in my back. It was pretty painful (I’d say a 6/10). It felt like a tightening kind of pain and less like the menstrual cramp type pain I remember from contractions with my first pregnancy.

Was that Braxton Hicks or something else? I never had BH with my first pregnancy and only felt mild contractions for like 8 hours as I got the epidural.

Google is no help (obviously haha) as it says “Braxton Hicks are not painful”… so help a mama out here! Thanks! ♥️
