It happens. The most important thing is that you explain you lost control of emotions, admit you were wrong, and apologize to her

2 year olds are demons, yes I’ve yelled at both of mine before. It sucks, I feel terrible after. I apologize and tell them what I should’ve done instead. I don’t hide that parenting is hard from my kids, I let them know I struggle sometimes but that I’m trying to learn and do better every day.

Yup. More than I like but my girl is so dang hyper and independent that it can be a safety concern - running into streets, trying to run away at the pumpkin patch, etc. multiple times. Working with a new doctor to combine healthy eating and supplements to get her to calm down just a touch so mommy doesn’t end up yelling so much. And me help to see where I can do better and avoid these situations.

Yes. Gentle parenting is hard when I was raised with  harsh/strict parenting. 
I always apologize when I lose my cool. And I tell him I love him. Hes 4 now, and he has started apologizing when he does things too. 
It will be okay mama. Just breathe. Step away for a minute and collect yourself.

Yep. Ill admit that i yell more than i would like to some days. BUT i always apologize to her, explain how i was feeling in the moment, talk about what i can do different next time, give her a hug, tell her its ok that she was upset by my yelling, and we move on

Yeah, I have. And my daughter is already very emotional so she cried 😔 She gets sad even if I just sound mad 🙈
Whenever she shows she's sad I usually apologize.
It's so hard especially if she tells me to leave her alone but I have to respect that 😩
