wtf help please

At first I thought I knicked myself shaving and just didn't realize it until the next day, well that was 3 days ago, now I'm noticing bumps around it. It's like 3 little bumps after the "knick"  it also kinda burns when I pee but I'm pretty sure that's the knick burning. Anyway wtf is wrong with me... What are these bumps!??
