Help, positive test need advice

I had unprotected sex 10 days ago and took a plan b. I took a test 1 week later (Sunday) and was negative. I took 3 tests today. 2 line tests were vfl, digital came back negative. Are these false positives being so early?? is the digital negative because it’s too early?? Just feel like it happened so fast and I’m a little lost at what to do now 😅 any advice is appreciated 💜
