PSA: you definitely can still get pregnant while bleeding...

I'm breastfeeding and have been constantly bleeding for the last 6 months. I mean, ALOT. Like maybe I'd get a week break between bleeding if I'm lucky. This last bout I bled moderately for 30 straight days.. took an 8 day break, started bleeding again for 8 days. Went to my OB about it who prescribed me hormonal birth control to try to control the bleeding. The next day the bleeding stopped so I held off on taking the pill. About 2 weeks later I started feeling weird (dizzy, hot flashes, food aversion) and took a test- positive. Then 5 others- positive.

Now I'm waiting for my first ultrasound next week to see how far along I am with my 4th child!

Sooo yeah... don't lose hope. When it's time, its time!
