Symptoms of pregnancy

I was wondering is it normal to not feel symptoms every pregnancy . I had my first pregnancy and even though it ended in a miscarriage I had very soar breasts and heart burns . I just found out I’m pregnant again and I have like literally minor back pains have heart burns but so like on and off .
