Headache remedies, please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Ok so I have been getting really bad headaches every day. I’m not getting good sleep because my baby has a cold and isn’t sleeping well so I don’t know if that’s the cause? My sinuses and jaw, neck and shoulders hurt. My headache today is turning into a migraine and ibuprofen didn’t touch it. I have two young kids I need to care for so I can’t rest. My baby is nursing a lot since he’s sick and so I’m trying my best to stay hydrated and I think I am because I’m peeing a lot. I don’t know how to relieve these headaches!!! Does anyone have advice?
