Breast milk, not pregnant/nursing, never have…

So I noticed something a few years back, but never thought much of it. But I’m 23 and both of my nipples occasionally “leak” what looks like breast milk. Sometimes it’s just a little, but if I press on my breast there’s more. It’s typically a yellow or white. And I asked my sister who is nursing and she said the yellow is similar to the milk she made right when the baby was born. I don’t have any lumps or anything in my breasts. Just curious if anyone else has noticed this.

I also got a hormone panel done through modern fertility, just to see what it said. And it said I have high levels of prolactin. Which is odd, since I’ve never been pregnant, never nursed, and I’m never around babies.
