Ladies I'm curious

When are we supposed to have sex when we get our first peak is that considered ovulation day or the 2 days after being 24hours? I had my first positive opk digital and strip on the 10th but wasn't able to do the deed until the 11th & 12th. I've been having cramping in both sides of my ovaries and also I've been having lots of urgency to pee and my bbt temp has been high. But I'm like super dry down there sorry tmi I have like no cervical mucus and if I do it's the size of a bean if that. I've been like this since after my period is that a bad thing also idk why but ovulation test strip still positive I know we shouldn't test anymore but I had one laying around and took it and it was positive
