Sharp left chest pains
I wake up with fast heart beat .
Laying down last night I had sudden sharp left chest pains like jabbing . Then it went away
When I squat down EVERYTIME I come up I get dizzy (ps I work outside everyday) doing manual labor
Today while shoveling I got the sharp chest pains again . Then went away . It just worries me :/
