1 tingly nipple?

Hello 😊 I have never experienced this before and wondered if anyone else has? I am 6-7 dpo (confirmed with clear blue digital) and only 1 of my nipples is tingling. It's not a lot, but enough to notice it. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks in advance 😀

I also have a very mild on and off dull ache! AF is 4 days late, but I've had 2 BFN. I was also fairly certain of when I ovulated I used the clear blue digital with the blinking/solid happy face. Still hoping a BFP will come, but I'm beginning to be disappointed.... Again! Let me know how your "boob pains " turn out!
