2 year old has had a fever all day - help

She’s had a fever of 101-102, but Motrin helps her fever go back down. I have to give her Motrin every six hours to keep the fever down. What should I do for nighttime? Check on her every two hours to make sure her fever remains down? FYI I took her to the doctor today and she has a double ear infection. 😢 she got antibiotics for it so hopefully she will be better by tomorrow.
