Confused about test

Been trying for a while. Have endo and PCOS, husband has hypoT. I took a dollar store test and within time limit I didn't see a line. After about an hour I checked back and I see a vvvf line but I'm not sure if that counts because it's been too long or if it's just an indent. Please tell me your honest opinion! Thank you! I just want to be certain on what it is before I get my hopes up.
