So Anxious
Hi Everyone,
Any advice for not feeling sick to my stomach with worry every minute? I had a chemical in July and then I read an article about how common miscarriage is and I’m seriously freaking out. I am in a full blown panic and basically afraid to be excited assuming the worst will happen and essentially just waiting to lose the pregnancy. How can I get in a better frame of mind? Literally any and all advice would be welcomed. I’m seriously considering calling a therapist bc I can’t imagine living with this crippling fear for the next eight weeks (until I hit 12 weeks).
