Anyone starting ttw today?

Starting my ttw today......food craving....I don't know why..has anyone experienced same?

I've been on TWW for 3 days now. It's pure torture lol I've been hungry even when I just ate. Main craving I've had is strawberries with whipped cream lol but I usually crave salty before my period :/

Me. I am on my peak day today but my So is gone now for three days but did it three times yesterday ! So not assuming it'll happen but I guess theirs a chance
