Different feeling with 2nd pregnancy

Hi, I’m about 7 weeks pregnant and I’ve had this rock hard/gut rot/ full feeling type of thing in my stomach constantly. Sometimes I do get nauseated from it but it’s just consistent. I never had this with my first pregnancy, the first time I was just nauseated the entire 9 months. I was just curious if anybody else is experiencing this or experienced it. I won’t get to see my midwives until 11 weeks to ask.
