Should I go to the Dr. For a mild UTI at 5.5weeks?

I called my doctors nurse and left a message. I dont really have a PCP so I would have to go to an urgent care. 
Its not that bad, just slight burning and cramping (but that could be just regular cramps) no bleeding though yesterday was some brown discharge but only lasted one go. No pain during urination that is too extreme. Im just nervous because I read its dangerous to have a uti and you need antibiotics. I just would hate to be overreacting. 
Any advice from someone who has gone through this?

It's dangerous to leave a UTI untreated, pregnant or not. There are pregnancy safe antibiotics you can take. See a doctor soon!

Better to go in for a quick urine test and not have a UTI than to stay home and let it get worse. ER nurse and I’d urge you to call your provider. If they can’t get you in look for a nearby urgent care. It’s a quick test to confirm, but a big risk especially while pregnant to have an untreated UTI.

Well I went to the urgent care my urine test came back negative. So then they decided to do a vaginal check and get some cultures because they didn't believe I or my husband were monogamous and thought it could be an sti. Im just nervous because after they took my cultures with the giant swab I spotted light brown when I got home. My OB is closed so I'm going to call tomorrow and let them know. 
Is pregnancy always this scary and confusing? I swore it felt like a UTI. Maybe I'm just sensitive to the new feelings of my bladder and cramps and all the moisture down there. 
Anyone else felt bad but nothing was wrong? Im really nervous im going to show up at my 8 week appointment and they are going to give me bad news.
