Signs of miscarriage

I’m almost 8 weeks pregnant and at the beginning of week 7 all my pregnancy symptoms disappeared. No more morning sickness, fatigue, or sore boobs. I haven’t started bleeding but I have a ton of whiteish discharge and off and on painful cramping. I’m going to make an appointment to make sure but does this sound like the beginning of a miscarriage? I had one about 5 months ago and thinking back the signs were similar so I’m just wondering if anyone had a similar experience.
