I may have had a miscarriage ?

I had a baby about 10 weeks ago, and for a while now I’ve had some intense bleeding. I kinda assumed it was due to new BC but today a decent sized clot came out and it looked a lot like my last miscarriage except for a bit smaller (since I wouldn’t have been as far along). I’m really not sure what to think and I’m not sure if I should test and see if there’s a faint positive but I just wanted some opinions.

(It’s in my hand because I was getting undressed for a shower and I felt it coming out and my instinct was to catch it, I’m sorry if anyone finds it gross lol)
