Dry skin or std?

I’m 13 weeks pregnant, and the last time I had sex was 13 weeks ago, lol. There’s no blisters or anything but the skin right where my leg and pubic area meet is suuuuper dry and flaking/peeling really bad. There’s a patch of red that hurts. I’ve never had an std but I’m just wondering if I should get tested or just chalk it up as a weird pregnancy thing? Never had anything like this before
