Can lipstick cause an infection during oral?

My gf was wearing lipstick when she ate me out and after she was done there was lipstick all over my clit and lips. Can this cause an infection?

Why would she wear lipstick before doing that.. 
I’m sure you could get an infection putting chemicals all over your private areas.. especially if it was scented. 
Make sure you run warm water through it and just take it easy the next day or two and let it clean itself out. 
I know it sounds silly but I even get infections from scented menstrual products so I could imagine you could from lipstick as well.
