Husbands friend wants to live with us

So my husband received a text message from his best friend last night asking if once mine and my husbands lease is up if he could get a place with us. I’m not incredibly sure if I want to do that. His friend kinda gives me some bad vibes as he used to live with one of my husbands friend and the friends girlfriend and recorded there arguments and sent them to people via Snapchat. I’m not sure if I should set some rules for the friend or if I should have him live with us at all. Any advice
